At the heart of CorePower Fitness is the desire to help people reach their fitness goals. CorePower Fitness is run by Jordan Harris, a certified Personal Trainer with a background in sports coaching and athletics.


Jordan is certified through Canfitpro as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Kickboxing Instructor. He helps a wide range of people meet and exceed their health and fitness goals, whether it be losing weight, toning muscles or gaining strength. His positive and upbeat attitude helps people set and accomplish goals in a consistent and habit forming way. His love for exercise and it's positive effect on the body keeps him passionate about his career and keeps him striving to see the success of others! Jordan believes that through the use of core activation and stability, one can make tremendous progress.


Located in Ottawa Ontario, Canada, Jordan is available for personal training in your home, at your work, or at his gym, Flex Fitness Studio in Kanata. Jordan is also available for sports team training, and 2-15 person training, outdoors or at select locations. Jordan's classes take place at Flex Fitness Studio.
