Classes are challenging and unique, blending aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, strength training and core sculpting exercises. Sports team training is also offered, with specific exercises and programs designed for the specific sport.  Classes are typically 1 hour with a proper warmup and cooldown. Please contact for pricing packages and availability.  

Group Fitness 

Sessions are fun and creative, blending core exercises, full body movements and cardio elements. Use of medecine balls, free weights, kettlebells, bosu balls etc, kickboxing with gloves and pads if interested. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and can be done in home or at gym.

First Session: FREE
1 Session: $50 an hour/$25 for 30 mins
10 Sessions: $500 after tax
20 Sessions: $1000 after tax plus 2 free sessions


*If training with a partner prices go down $10 an hour for each person
